Sport clubs and associations propagating fitness have existed in the commune for many years. The oldest sport organisation was the Folk Sport Team, established in 1946. In 1996 it assumed the name Folk Sport Club. At present the club has two sections: football and table tennis.

• The team of adult players is in the 4th division of the southern group of the Association of Football in Wielkopolska.
• Two teams of teenagers ( both consisting of players under 14 years of age ) play at the district level.
• Four age groups: under 10, 10-12,12-14,14-16. The section takes part in competitions organised by the Polish Association of Table Tennis. The players take part in the national championship and cups.

Achievements of football teams

• teenagers: participation in 3 international cups, in which the team won in 2001 and 2002.
• adults: 2002 - 1st place in the Polish Cup at the level of Kalisz district; advancement to the semi-finals at the level of the province of Wielkopolska.

The Centre for Tourism and Sport in Gołuchów organises many sporting events, such as: regularly held football cups for boys "Young Talents" organised under the auspices of the head of the commune (wójt), beach volley ball cups, amateur tennis tournaments under the auspices of the head of the commune, commune chess and checkers championships.
